Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This Privacy Policy explains how Think Bold Solutions LLC, doing business as ThinkBOLD Solutions ("ThinkBOLD," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website at thinkbold.solutions (the "Site"), contact us, book a demo, or use our software platforms and related services (together, the "Services"). Please read it carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not cover Smart Paws. Smart Paws appears on the Site as part of our product family, but it is operated by BTGROUP FL LLC, doing business as Bold Thinkers Group, under its own privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

We collect the personal information you choose to give us when you:

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the Site, including:

  • Device information: browser type and version, operating system, device type and screen size
  • Usage information: pages visited, time on each page, links clicked, referring pages and navigation paths
  • Location information: approximate location based on your IP address
  • Log information: IP address, access times and server logs

We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.

Customer data in our Platforms

Businesses and organizations that subscribe to a Platform ("Customers") use it to store and manage information about their own contacts, such as their customers, members or clients: names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, call records, appointments, reviews and similar records ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data on behalf of the Customer that provided it, under our agreements with that Customer and its instructions. The Customer decides what Customer Data to collect and is responsible for having the right to collect and share it. If your information is held in a Platform by one of our Customers, please contact that Customer about it; we will help our Customers respond to requests as our agreements and the law require.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Services: set up and operate your account and the Platforms, and provide support
  • Respond to you: answer inquiries, follow up on callback requests and run the demos you book
  • Bill and administer accounts: process payments, send invoices and keep business records
  • Communicate: send service messages and, with your consent where the law requires it, marketing messages by email, phone or text message
  • Improve the Services: understand how the Site and the Platforms are used and make them better
  • Protect the Services: prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access
  • Comply with the law: meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations and respond to lawful requests

3. Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you messages about your inquiry, your demo, your account and, if you agreed to them, updates and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers: companies that help us run the Services, such as hosting, telephone and text messaging carriers, email delivery, payment processing, analytics and customer support providers. Some Platform features use artificial intelligence services provided by third parties; content you submit to those features is shared with them to produce the result.
  • At a Customer's direction: when a Customer uses a Platform to send messages, connect another service or share records, we process and share Customer Data as that Customer directs.
  • Legal requirements: when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order or other legal process, or is needed to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business.
  • With your consent: for any other purpose you agree to.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your choices, connect your visits to the forms you submit, and understand how the Site is used. For details about the cookies we use and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements. We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information. We keep Customer Data for as long as the Customer's account is active and as our agreements with that Customer provide. When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit and access controls. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe your account or information is no longer secure, please contact us right away.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Opt out of marketing messages at any time, by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying STOP to our text messages, or contacting us
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
  • Restrict or object to certain processing of your information

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states have additional rights under their state's privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, the right to delete and correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
